WIN THANKSGIVING with these EASY WHITE BREAD ROLLS
Easy White Bread Rolls
Ingredients:
· 6-7 cups - All-Purpose Flour (or whole-wheat flour)
· ¼ cup - Sugar
· 3 teaspoons - Salt
· 2 tablespoons - Yeast
· 2¼ cups - Milk
· ¼ cups - Cooking Oil
· 1 Egg
Instructions:
In large glass bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Set aside. In a small microwave safe bowl - heat milk, cooking oil until very warm (warm to touch), then add egg - beat. Gradually add milk mixture to dry ingredients. Then start adding rest of flour until dough starts to leave sides. Turn out on floured surface - knead (about 5 min). Place in greased bowl (greased side up) and let rise until doubled in size (approx 45 min on counter / or microwave for 10 min on lowest power of 10%). Let rise. Punch down dough Turn out on floured surface. Knead a little. Make into rolls. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake rolls at 375° for 10-15 min.
